The story of
Jenny Rose
Jenny Susanna Illikainen was born 30th November 1987 in Jämtland. At 1,5 years old she moved with her mum, dad and 2 year older sisster to Västmanland. In her early 20's Jenny moved to Piteå in Norrbotten to study Media Design at LTU.
At a young age Jenny showed an intrest in drawing. The urge to be creative has grown through the years, at the age 12 it became more serious. Favorite subject was portraits.
After 9th grade Jenny started study media at Kopparlundsgymnasiet in Västerås. It was during her first year at KG that she got introduced to use a computer to create art. This is where the design part started.
Photography was something that came later. Though unconciously she probobly had an intrst in it since she was a little kid when her father was doing alot of photography.
So where does she ger her
inspiration from? Well mostly from her own emotions and the nature and
people around her. A big part also comes from music and movies
especially Tim Burtons movies.
